This is a permanent position, ranging from Mid level Associate to Senior Attorney, depending on your experience and expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing family law cases from beginning to end, including divorce, custody, child support, and other related matters. The role involves handling high-stakes litigation and navigating the complexities of family law with compassion and professionalism.Why join us?Competitive Base Salary!Competitive Bonus Package!Extremely Competitive Benefits Package!Accelerated Career Growth!ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, visitation rights, domestic violence, and other related issues.Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, ensuring their rights and interests are effectively advocated for.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements.Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.Provide clients with sound legal advice and guidance, ensuring they are fully informed about their rights, obligations, and options.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in family law, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation (family law preferred).Current license to practice law in the state.Exceptional litigation skills and strong legal research and writing abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to manage a large caseload, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
