The Events & Campaigns Coordinator will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and performance of marketing events and campaigns. This role requires experience in vendor management, community engagement, digital marketing, and content strategy. The Events & Campaigns Coordinator will ensure smooth coordination with venues, vendors, sponsors, and speakers, while driving campaigns that align with client goals and exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Lead the development of events, marketing campaigns, and community campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Collaborate with Account Managers on setting objectives, organization, KPIs, and campaign strategies.Vendor & Partner Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external partners including vendors, venues, sponsors, and speakers. Negotiate contracts, secure deals, and ensure seamless event and campaign coordination.Client Engagement:
Serve as the main point of contact for all supporting elements and Account Managers, understanding their objectives and ensuring campaigns align with their client goals. Communicate progress, insights, and results clearly and effectively.Project & Team Management:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Lead a team of campaign managers and marketers, fostering collaboration and accountability.Sponsor & Speaker Coordination:
Collaborate with event sponsors and speakers, ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned with campaign objectives. Manage all communications and logistics leading up to and during events.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize success. Regularly report on performance metrics, including ROI, engagement, and audience growth.Industry Trends & Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Nuvolum’s campaigns remain innovative and cutting-edge.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management. Experience managing vendors, sponsors, and speakers is essential. Healthcare or professional services experience is preferred.Skills:
Proven success in delivering high-quality, multi-channel marketing campaigns.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent vendor and partner negotiation and management skills.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, data analysis, and project management software.Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This position is located in San Francisco with the
expectation of being in-office during working days and client visits .
