We are hiring a Program Manager, to support our Learner Services team on a new initiative within AWS Training & Certification. The AWS Cloud Institute is a passionate team that is building a best-in-class training program for AWS. We are an innovative, cross-platform, customer-obsessed team, working on big-bets in a collaborative environment.
As a Program Manager on the Learner Services team, you will partner with multiple teams to build high-quality, scalable services that support our learners. You’ll be empowered to curate, create and continuously improve our program offerings, using an array of creative approaches that inspire learners and drive their career and workforce progression.
To be successful, you should be comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups, facilitate data-driven decision making, exhibit professionalism across diverse audiences, and have a high attention to detail. We are looking for a strong leader who is able to effectively navigate ambiguity, build innovative solutions, and develop scalable solutions.
Key job responsibilities
• Build products and programs that serve external learners as they develop proficiency in AWS service
• Establish goals, plans and related metrics, track progress, create SOPs, and operate through obstacles to achieve program objectives.
• Create reporting and dashboards for critical metrics, and build reports for weekly/monthly leadership review
• Work cross-functionally with the product management, engineering, operations and program teams to document and define initiatives and drive them through execution.
• Actively seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our program offerings
• Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for serving our customers
• Present information verbally and in writing in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
