The Project Administrator directly supports the department operations, regulatory and compliance issues, project management and financial management. This position requires frequent interaction and coordination with hospital and health system leadership. This role facilitates the annual quality improvement strategic planning and periodic evaluation process. The Project Administrator interacts on a frequent basis with colleagues supporting the President, COO, CFO, CIO, Vice Presidents and Functional Unit Directors of the hospital as well as the leadership of the various entities of the health system.Education:Bachelors degree in business or healthcare administration, or equivalent is required. Masters Degree in business or healthcare administration is preferred.Work Experience:Five years of business administration experience required, preferably related to healthcare.Important Notices:*** Effective January 1st 2022, you must be fully vaccinated with an FDA COVID-19 vaccination and provide proof of your vaccination status as part of your occupational health screening. Exceptions to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement may be granted to individuals for religious beliefs or medical reasons by following the proper protocols.
