R-67951This position is part of the Addiction Medicine Advanced Practitioner Training Program which provides integrated mental health and SUD/OUD services in a primary care underserved community-based setting. As a Trainee, you will participate in Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) in community-based settings and provide behavioral health counseling and support to patients. This role involves collaborating with care givers inside and outside of the immediate care team, as well as effectively communicating with patients and the care team to assess and develop treatment plans. In addition to clinical patient care, the Trainee will perform procedures and provide patient education and counseling. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Nursing and be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania, as well as a Certified Nurse Practitioner.
