System Administrator
who will provide System Administrator support to an RDT&E environment.
The selected applicant will manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of windows workstations and servers and perform hardware and software installations.The selected applicant will possess the following:·
Support virtual and physical workstation and server configurations.·
Perform general IT requirements, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security in a classified or unclassified network environment.·
Provide Windows 10 workstation and Server 2019 administration.·
Support the virtualization of Windows and Linux systems.·
Provide ACAS/Nessus vulnerability and scanning support.·
Support the maintenance and administration of Microsoft Active Directory.·
Monitoring performance including monitoring disk space, utilization, capacity, and availability.·
Support ISSOs in implementing and supporting cyber security standards to include NIST and Risk Management Framework (RMF) C&A Standards and project reporting requirements.·
Create and maintain Active Directory user accounts and install hardware/software.·
Perform system backup and recovery.·
Perform PKI maintenance for DoD systems.·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in RDT&E environments.Requirements·
A high school diploma and three to ten (3-10) years of experience in related infrastructure, operating systems, system administration work is required.Certification Requirement:·
The selected applicant must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE).Clearance Requirement:·
An active
DoD Top Secret clearance is required to start .·
