The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and toolsProven experience in project management within the construction industryExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management software and toolsStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedBuildertrend experience a plus
