Responsibilities Responsibilities: Support the facilitation of equipment training courses and working development team to update and improve current training course materials Analysis and Support of the product support technical help desk team Support of the Non-Connected Services sales and marketing team Marketing of connected services within the NA region through dealer communication channels Possible intern projects could include: - Creating short training videos using various software (Camtasia, Adobe) - Creating PPT slides for presentations - Basic video creation and editing - Training course module creation - Equipment familiarization and operation - Assessment of product support metrics and team projects associated with process improvements - Education on support materials utilized for supporting dealer network technical support - Coordination with internal staff of communication pieces to improve education of dealers regarding connected and non-connected services Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Ag Technology, Ag Engineering, Ag Busines, Ag Sales, or related degree area This position will pay between...
