About the Job:
The Kiosk Sr Product Manager I will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process by ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software solutions. They will work closely with the development team, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure execution of product priorities. They will document requirements, influence stakeholders to support key initiatives and projects, lead projects, and coordinate with other teams to deliver against the product roadmap. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of In-Store Digital Platforms and work with a large cross-functional team across marketing, operations, food innovation, data management, etc.
The Day-to-Day:
Partner with the Sr. Manager, engineers, and cross-functional partners to translate product requirements into user stories
Serve as the Scrum Master and lead the Scrum process, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching the team on agile principles and practices.
Align with other product teams on product development dependencies - communicate blockers and dependencies to the Kiosk product team
Participate in requirements gathering and facilitate working sessions to understand the opportunities that the business is trying to address and ultimately design the appropriate solution
Assist the Sr. Manager in creating and prioritizing a product roadmap & aligning with cross functional teams to execute against the Kiosk product roadmap by defining product and project requirements, and by identifying key milestones, timelines, and phases
Manage team progress, communicate to stakeholders, and ensure team is hitting commitments
Help Kiosk product team to troubleshoot issues, recommend actions, and follow up on resolution
Active involvement and influence in building out agile maturity and capabilities by participating and establishing standard tools and best practices
Is This You?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent years of experience
5 years + of experience in software development project management, with at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Release Manager
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while managing the day-to-day activities of a product team
Strong technical background and experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Ability to adapt and develop working relationships and interact with people at all levels of the company and effectively resolve escalating situations in the absence of leaders
