If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Santa Clara, CA, offering strategic guidance on complex employee matters, conducting nuanced investigations, and driving workforce change initiatives. As part of our HR department, you'll leverage HR analytics to inform decisions, support internal projects, and uphold our core values, ensuring equitable treatment across the organization. This role is pivotal in maintaining a positive, productive workplace environment, proactively managing employee relations to align with our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic advice on employee relations matters including performance management and conflict resolution.Lead investigations into complex employment issues, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes.Drive and support change management initiatives, mitigating risks and fostering effective communication.Utilize HR data analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform leadership decisions.Advocate for equity and fairness, aligning HR practices with company values.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in employee relations or as an employment attorney.Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Industry Experience Required:

Experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Legal education or background is highly valued, as well as experience in global employee relations and project management.
