The attorney will handle cases representing property owners and contractors in first-party insurance disputes, including drafting and arguing motions, pleadings, and discovery documents, as well as attending mediations and conducting trials. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating first-party property and bad faith claims in state and federal court.
