The Warehouse Operations job is an entry level position in our audio-visual equipment warehouse. This position is a fast paced, high intensity on your feet job and includes physical work, standing, lifting, pushing/pulling, loading and unloading equipment. This also requires use of a computer-based inventory program, Rental Works for order fulfillment and inventory management. The weekly schedule for this position will include weekends.This position reports to and supports the Operations Manager.Key Accountabilities:Work daily in Rental Works to fulfill transfers and orders accurately and efficientlyResponsible for the scanning of barcodes to track assets both outbound and inboundEnsure gear is packed safely for travel to avoid any damages during transitAssist with the loading and unloading of trucks and shipmentsNotify floor Lead or Operations Management regarding any gear shortagesMaintain a clean work area and assist with general warehouse organizationQualified candidate will be organized, focused, and self-motivated with a can-do attitudeWork with inventory department on the barcoding of assets when necessaryUpdates job knowledge by watching Rental Works training videos and capitalizing on shadowing Operations Lead employeesOther tasks as assigned within specific department or from operations managementSkills and Qualifications:Equipment Maintenance, Adhering to Standards, Learning and Following Processes, Inventory Organization, Technical Skills, and Interest in Entertainment ProductionEducation and Experience:Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgroundsGood written and oral communication skillsPlanning, time management, collaboration, and organization skills requiredStrong interpersonal skills to work within a teamWillingness to work a demanding schedule that is dependent upon evolving client needsCompetencies:Technical SavvyStrategic problem-solving capabilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical Requirements:The ability to lift and move heavy objectsThe ability to sit or stand for long periods of timePhysical movements such as bending, crouching, kneeling, pulling, pushing, sitting, standing, and walkingEEO:
