Feeney Brothers Utility Services is currently looking for CDL-A/-B Truck Drivers to join our team as part of a utility crew. The biggest challenges of this CDL-A/-B Truck Driver role are the physical demands and driving in/dealing with the New England elements. JOB PURPOSE

Drivers drive, control, and maintain trucks equipped with dump body to transport and dump materials needed for assignments in a safe, efficient manner. Drivers will work in a fast-paced, physically-intense environment. Safety is a top priority for Drivers and must have knowledge of safe operation, rules of the road, and abide by DOT safety requirements. Drivers report directly to the Foreman.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Physical Labor at underground utility construction and maintenance projects

Transport and dump loose materials such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, or bituminous paving materials

Performs daily inspection on equipment for issues and/or deficiencies

Completes inspection paperwork daily and notifies the Foreman of any issues/defects

When not driving, will assist crew as needed

Adheres to all DOT safety requirements

Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A/Class-B

DOT Medical Examiners Certificate

OSHA 10

Salary Negotiable.
