Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.Data Strategy:
Develop and execute data strategies aligned with business objectives.Model Development:
Design, build, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.Cloud Infrastructure:
Utilize AWS services to develop and maintain scalable data pipelines.Data Engineering:
Collaborate with data engineers to streamline data collection and processing.Performance Optimization:
Monitor and enhance model performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions.Communication:
Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications:Education:
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.Experience:
5+ years in data science or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages, machine learning frameworks, and data visualization tools.Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
