As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead large scale programs across Alexa Shopping and partner teams to drive strategic initiatives on behalf of our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple deliverables, passionate about data, and has excellent business acumen and business communication skills. The Senior Program Manager will:
Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to Alexa Shopping senior leaders and stakeholders. - Dive deep to evaluate how products and features are performing against key metrics, identifying improvement areas.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep the program on track in a fast-paced environment.
Design, implement, and own mechanisms across partner teams to ensure delivery on metrics, goals, and team projects.
Actively seek ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
Independently identify program blockers, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams.
Key job responsibilities
You will establish key CX Quality metrics and goals for the Alexa Shopping team and work across partner teams to align on goals.
Partner with key stakeholders - product, operations, engineering - to align on resourcing and timelines.
Apply simplification across different work-streams to deliver strategies that can be scaled globally.
Define and execute various strategies for collecting customer feedback for Alexa Shopping features.
You will leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate customer experience and quality of the Alexa Shopping experience.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
