At Amazon Ads Brand Innovation Lab, we incubate first-of-their-kind, strategically significant programs which integrate all aspects of Amazon's canvas, from Prime Video to Amazon Music, Devices, Stores, and much, much more. We're looking for an accomplished product management leader to play a critical role on the Brand Innovation Lab team working across Automotive, Entertainment, FinServ, Hospitality (Travel, Restaurants/QSR) and Telco categories.
The focus of this role will be to set a vision and prioritization of our most strategically valuable programs in order to make the right product development investments and to have the right prioritization approach aligned to patterns of opportunities. In this role, the Product Manager will also evaluate and identify opportunities to scale what has been incubated in order to develop durable products for end-customers and advertisers. In this process, you will work closely with tech and engineering. This is an exciting challenge with a tremendous amount of interest due to the premium and strategic nature of the work.
Key job responsibilities
As a Technical Product Manager you will:
Understand our external customers and advertisers inside and out.
Lead teams by influence, furthering BIL innovation.
Develop the BIL product strategy and vision and translate it into creative, high quality, features.
Make the business decisions that grow adoption and usage of BIL products. Own targeting the right product pipeline and prioritization, and focus our investments in the right areas.
Work closely with engineering and tech teams, design, and program management in an agile environment to deliver products to our most innovative customers.
Lead vision, discovery, BRDs, and ongoing prioritization.
Launch new features and associated internal GTM, establish ways of working (eg SOPs) and SLAs.
The successful candidate will be a tenacious, ambitious, self-starter with a passion for making products valuable to end-customers and advertisers, and who can serve as a strong advocate for our end-users and end-customers You will have proven analytical capabilities, strong persuasive writing skills, have demonstrated strong strategic thinking, internet business experience, and the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. You must have a deep understanding of customer needs and be able translate customer needs into vision, prioritization, and features to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab works with brands and agencies to develop programs that engage consumers at multiple stages of the marketing journey, building brand awareness, relevance, consideration, acquisition and loyalty. Our global creative team of storytellers and innovators include strategists, creatives, design technologists, UX designers, product managers, engineers, producers and more, collaborating to create solutions customized to our advertisers' goals.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
