What you'll do...

The

Last mile delivery Product

team builds the products that power the purchasing experience for millions of customers, delivering drivers, and our associates changing lives through our mobile app, online grocery experience, curbside pickup, Walmart+, and more. Innovating on the world's biggest stage, you'll deliver customer-centric solutions before customers walk in the door, after they purchase, and every step in between.

On the Last mile delivery Product team, you will lead a cross-functional team to pioneer the next frontier of last mile, leveraging the latest technology to get customers whatever they want, how and when they want it. You will be responsible for driving some of our most strategic new initiatives which will redefine the platform & experience for years to come.

Reimagining how to improve Last mile platform space through improved routing, batching, and reduced Cost per delivery while improving Customer experience. .

Defining product vision and strategies for Trip Planning to ensure we reduce delivery defects.

Key Responsibilities:Defining vision and strategies for your IP, Vans, and unscheduled demand channels. Using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.Driving product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts.Working with data science, engineering, and Walmart partners to define the data requirements, measurement methodologies, and UX for reporting dashboards.Conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in advertising industry to identify new opportunities. Conduct customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap.Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience collaborating with data science teams to develop innovative solutionsStrong background in automation and simplification.Deep understanding of ecommerce technology, including knowledge of ecommerce platforms

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
