General SEThe future of world-class mission support and innovative ground system architecture and software is being developed today at Arcfield. Our group delivers enterprise solutions for data-centric and service-centric capabilities to empower our customer's most important development, test, and operations activities. You'll lead the adoption of a Systems Engineering Master Plan, including test and demonstration activities, which will become the overarching guidance for all software and framework development efforts. You'll define development objectives, review change requests and architecture changes, and provide innovative recommendations on prioritization and the optimal courses of actions. You will work seamlessly with other government and contractor team members in a challenging work environment.Develop Agile solution and program epics with acceptance criteria and shape them into a 5-year roadmapOptimize pre-increment planning and iterative integration demos and tests via Agile software development best practices.Prioritize development, architecture modernization, and change requests to achieve a continuous integration/continuous deployment pipeline that automate provisioning, scaling, and self-healing across cloud and on-premise solutions.Assess developer performance by analyzing contract deliverables, program management reviews, architecture designs, and demonstration/tests.Analyze developer recommendations for software enhancements across cloud, containers, and open-source solutions.Define capabilities needed to establish a data centric architecture connected by loosely coupled APIs, streaming and pub/sub services, and a common data ontology.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with Ph.D.Possess and maintain TS/SCI with polygraphRequires 5+ years' experience in Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA), acquisition, and the Intelligence Community.Demonstrated ability to work well with other government and contractors in a challenging work environment.Desired Qualifications:Experience with Confluence and JIRA Atlassian commercial tools.Experience or training with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) agile methodologies.Experience with Systems Engineering processes across all phases of Agile software development life-cycle.Knowledge of GEOINT or SIGINT.
