Precision Castparts Corp.'s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC's business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company.
This program is specifically designed for recent and/or graduating seniors and is in various locations around the U.S. and starts July 2025.Program AdvantagesValuable, hands-on work experience with one of the world's leading suppliers to aerospace and power generation industriesUnique visibility to multiple levels of the organization (Plant, Division, Corporate)1:1 mentorship tailored to specifically align with assignments and skills gapsAccess to a training suite that includes in person sessions from industry experts and PCC leadership as well as an online library with over 50k courses, books, podcasts, etc.Monthly collaborations on subjects to aid in college to career transitionsFast-track internal progression to leadership roles within PCCBenchmarking best practice opportunities at other PCC facilities around the USDedicated director to coach you throughout your journeyProgram DesignFirst year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of our Network/Application infrastructure, ERP implementations and supervision.Second year members will be placed at another PCC location continuing to build on the foundations learned in year oneMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related field with a degree concentration in networking, programming, security or database administrationPrior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferredClub, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacityExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident*Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various US locations only)

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $74,900 to $74,900 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participant in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency. The U.S. export control regulations define a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), and certain categories of Asylees and Refugees.
