Cyber Security Consultant

DescriptionWe are seeking a Cyber Security Consultant to provide support for a technical development program. The role involves identifying, defining, and implementing security controls and responses for projects, performing security maintenance duties, and achieving and maintaining system accreditation. The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and prior experience with programs of similar size and complexity.Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify and define applicable security controlsReview and enter responses into the cyber risk management platformPerform security maintenance duties and provide recommended resolutionsMaintain awareness of system level changes and ensure proper patch levelsAchieve and maintain system accreditationPerform regular reviews and participate in technical exchange meetingsBrief management on statusRequired QualificationsActive TS/SCI with PolygraphPrior experience with programs of similar size and complexityBachelor's degree and 1+ years' experience in cyber security or related IT fieldDesired QualificationsCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Experience with entitlement management programsPMP, SAFe Agilist Certification, AWS certificationOriginal Posting Date:
