Senior Clinical Manager
Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as Senior Clinical Manager!
The Senior Clinical Manager will be responsible for the successful development and implementation of innovative education programs and consultations relating to suicide awareness, prevention, postvention, and trauma informed care for a wide range of MindWise clients.
This individual will bring clinical expertise and innovation to the role in order to help organizations provide trauma informed behavioral health resources and supports to the communities and individuals they serve. These client deliverables include consultative services, trainings, content development, and more.
As a critical role, this person will have a valuable voice on the team and collaborate extensively with BHI Division Leadership, as well as the Growth, Marketing, and Program Teams to clinically inform our work.
Schedule: M-F 9 a.m.-5p.m.
Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000/year

Required Skills
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Demonstrates working knowledge of trauma informed principles
Background in research or program evaluation preferred but not required
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
Required Experience
Master's Degree in psychology, social work or human services related field required (such as MSW,
Counseling, Psychology). Independent license preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in the field
Demonstrated experience giving presentations/ training to groups of professionals and/ or community
members
