In this role, you will have an opportunity to:

Employee Engagement and Relations:

Promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Serve as point of contact for employee relations concerns

Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations

In partnership with Employee Relations COE and HR Business Partner, provide guidance, support, and resolution for employees and managers

Accommodations:

Responsible for receiving, tracking and responding to all reasonable accommodation requests

Work collaboratively with managers and associates to ensure best solution for accommodations requests

Policy Coordination and Documentation:

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations

Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and outcomes focused on preventative data analytics provided monthly in the form of dashboards, reports, charts for distribution

Training and Development:

Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs focused on employee relations and conflict resolution

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

Performs audits in accordance with standard work and labor requirements

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations required; manufacturing environment experience preferred

Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of IDT and Danaher associates

Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel – <10% per business needs

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
