Consider joining us!The Senior Administrative Assistant will participate as a member of the Personal Support Services team whose common goal is fostering an environment which supports individuals in pursuit of their hopes, dreams and personal outcomes. Provide clerical support and assistance to the Area Director and to the programs of a specific area.Some responsibilities include:Financial Management - support Directors, DSP's, AD's - complete semi-annual financial assessments for program in area and provide financial training to staffReconcile PCards for Area Director and DirectorsPay bills for all programs in the areaAssists with budget preparation and variance analysisSupport and participate in recruiting efforts, and be part of the Recruiting TASK Force.Staffing supportCalendar management (staff meetings, Area Director Appointments, etc.)Schedule meetings, set up rooms, make meal arrangements, clean up, provide necessary technical supportContact, schedule, work with VendorsEvolv data entry as instructedComplete Necessary Documentation and Record KeepingMaintain training records and track complianceSupport and assist Area Director with clerical tasks, tracking of information and other projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Related experience of three years working in an office support position,Functional computer experience,Good communication skills,Flexibility,Ability to multi-task,Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance,Motor Vehicle Record Check
