Job Duties Include (but not limited to):Serves as a member of the Program Management Team. Directly reports to and supports the SOCOM PM providing proactive updates on all tasks.

Works with the IEX PCA who will own the financial models to analyze and provide customer-facing reporting to show financial status.Works closely with IEX Contracts office on purchase requests, contract modifications, subcontracts, cost estimates, ROM development, and other contractual documentsAssists with subcontract and material purchasing requests. Participates in revenue forecasting using financial administrative tools and data.Monitors employee time records for accuracy and compliance. May interact routinely with employees to ensure quality goals are met.Proactive in highlighting risks and opportunities from a financial forecast perspectiveResponsible for administrative tracking to include the creation and maintenance of personnel rosters, license tracker, financial forecasting spreadsheet, travel estimates and tracking, and other toolsResponsible for the IT and Security onboarding of all new hires to include adhering to the onboarding SOP, scheduling new hire appointments, coordinating with IEX staff on onboarding actions, and troubleshooting issues with new hiresCoordinates the communication and updating of work assignments ss they affect task order expenditure rates and project backlog.Assist with audit and compliance activities relating to the contract.Provides data to support all Billings and Collection communications on this contract.Works with Government COR and other customer leadership on tracking tools; prepares and schedules weekly PMO meeting with customer leadershipIn charge of all administrative duties to include key engagements scheduling, conference room reservations, and calendar managementPrepares Monthly Status Report (MSR) to include maintaining/updating the template, securing Team Lead and Mission Manager input, formatting, reviewing, and editing the content for consistency, grammar, wording, and completenessResponsible for planning and executing quarterly planning conferences to include securing the facility, inviting participants, setting the agenda, preparing and publishing conference invitations and other communications to include day-of slides, scheduling break-out sessions, arranging refreshments, assisting attendees with travel plans, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:3-5 years of experience with managing finances within a government programExceptional organizational and verbal/written communication skills; has a growth mindset and a customer service approach to all tasksTechnical proficiencies in Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPointDue to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.Desired Skills:Experience with OTA contractsExperience in development and maintenance of financial dashboardsProficient in the use of Deltek CostpointExperience participating in proposal/task order response planning and submissionEducation:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.Security Clearance:An active TS/SCI security clearance is REQUIREDBenefits:National Health, vision and dental plans20 days of PTO and 11 paid holidaysLife InsuranceShort - and long-term disability plans401(K) retirement plansIncentive and recognition programsRelocation opportunitiesIron EagleX is an equal opportunity employer.
