The Entry Level Personal Assistant will provide administrative and personal support to senior management and other team members. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and eager to assist in various tasks to contribute to the efficiency of the team.
Responsibilities:Assist in managing schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of management.Conduct research and gather information for reports and presentations.Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.Run errands and handle personal tasks for executives when needed.Assist with special projects and event coordination as required.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (an associate degree is a plus).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and work in a dynamic environment.Salary$800 - $1250 / weekJob TypeFull-timeBenefits:Competitive weekly salary.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off, including holidays.Retirement savings plan with a company match.Opportunities for career development and growth.
