Your Opportunity :
Greenheck Group is looking for a highly motivated Engineering student to work from January - August 2025. In this role, you will assist the product development engineer through all stages of product development which include aiding the development of new products, redesigned products, and special design requests. Another key part of this role is providing technical support for shop floor and assisting the engineering team with product drawings and specifications. This position will allow you to impact our business while learning about our company and culture.
What you'll be doing:
Assist with laboratory testing of GRD (Grilles, Registers, & Diffusers) products which include throw performance, noise level testing and pressure measurements within a range of airflows.Interpret test data, write technical reports, and communicate results to engineering team.Help to create new product CAD drawings, 3D models and documentation needed for new product launches.Assist engineering with prototyping new product designs and providing feedback regarding designs.Participate in cost reduction and quality improvement projects.What you should have :
Enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program.On track to graduate in the next 3 years or less.Ability to act and make decisions independentlyCAD experience preferred (AutoDesk, Solid Works, Inventor)Somethings we think you should know :

Interact and network with the intern & co-op group across the U.S. (about 50 total college students)Be evaluated on your performance with a mid-term and final evaluation.Present your projects and experiences to our company leaders and executives at the end of your term.Participate in Fundamental Fridays - exposure to our business and business leaders.Have the opportunity to take part in company sponsored volunteering.
