What You will Do:Recognize and troubleshoot moderate technical problems within acceptable service levelsWork on multiple customer incidents and requests simultaneouslyMonitor and react appropriately to output from tools and monitoring systemsEscalate complex incidents after exhausting troubleshooting capabilitiesAssist in ensuring the future stability of infrastructure and customer data
Qualifications & Interests :
Undergraduate degree with 3+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent experienceExperience using Service Now to manage incidents, problems, and requestsCitrix Administration experience for large complex organizations including advanced knowledge of and experience in supporting the Citrix DaaS platform and Citrix XenApp / Xen Desktop environmentKnowledge of Citrix DAAS, including setup, migration from On Prem to Cloud, and complete documentation of processProfile Management Optimization and recommendation regarding using Citrix or FS Logic
