Description

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our growing Logistics Insurance Team. This role will be responsible for developing insurance-related communications, educational content, and training programs for our global network of last mile delivery partners. You will Insist on the Highest Standards regarding communications and educational content. You will rapidly Earn Trust with multiple cross-functional partners, including program managers, product managers, and business leaders. You will bring in fresh ideas to simplify and scale our internal processes. You will have a passion for storytelling, as there are so many wonderful stories to be found in this innovative space. Our environment is fast-paced and requires a candidate who has a high Bias for Action and thrives in ambiguity.

Key job responsibilities

Support a multi-channel content strategy, including written communications, infographics, and video

Translate complex messaging into simple and easy-to-understand content

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications and partner sentiment

Identify opportunities to continually improve the insurance program for Amazon customers and delivery partners

Develop and drive business decisions as a senior level leader

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
