Our logistics teams are changing the way we interact with customers around the globe every single day and solving some of the biggest logistical challenges facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry. Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Engineering team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to support the WW Strategic Planning and Engineering Organization (SP&E.) WW Strategic Programs & Engineering serves as the Single threaded leaders for programs that propel Amazon forward by (1) Increasing speed to customer, (2) Developing new businesses, and (3) Innovating in nascent spaces. The Sr. Product Manager within this will act as a Single Threaded Leader for one of our new products owning road mapping, feature iteration and product maintenance.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to influence and work with leaders across multiple organizations and geographies. You will manage large, complex projects and advocate on behalf of the customer to develop the next generation of AMZL delivery station.

End to end ownership of a coordinating direction and implementation of new delivery programs into the AMZL Network
Responsible for defining business and use case for new and legacy delivery programs while managing cappex associated with program integration
Identify customer needs and develop integrated product solutions to solve the problem
Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, understand business problems, city landscapes, scaling factors and dependencies
Deliver impactful projects in a systematic manner
Drive a culture of innovation across the AMZL Strategic Planning and Process Engineering Org.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
