Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant
to lead the development of
RICEFW
(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) objects, with a focus on interfaces, reports, and technical components. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high-quality, tested Oracle HCM Cloud components.The ideal candidate will bring
hands-on technical expertise , in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, and
integration experience
to help optimize performance and ensure a smooth transition from on-premise systems to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.Required Skills & Experience10+ years
of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, with
3+ years
supporting Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits.2+ full-cycle implementations
of Oracle HCM Cloud, with expertise in
solution architecture, integrations, data conversion , and process testing.Strong technical expertise in
SQL, PL/SQL, ATP, XML, JavaScript, Web Services, fast formulas, approval workflows, and custom role development.Expertise in
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
with 2-5 years of integration experience.Experience building
OTBI
and
BIP reports
and managing
SFTP
solutions.Knowledge of
Redwood Pages ,
Oracle Graphical Language (OGL) , and
Recruitment Booster .Familiarity with quarterly updates and their impact on business operations.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree
in a relevant field.Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
is highly preferred.Prior consulting experience with a
consulting firm or systems integrator (SI) .Experience working across multiple HCM applications.
