Job Description

The Strategic Talent Sourcer is part of Publicis Groupe’s centralized talent acquisition operations function and plays a key role in our CRM and candidate pipeline strategy. This role supports hands-on sourcing efforts across multiple departments/communities, capabilities, and skill sets. The Strategic Sourcer will also partner with stakeholders to pipeline and nurture candidates within our CRM, and continuously strive to improve processes, identify top talent, and utilize our systems and technology to their fullest extent. Focusing on media positions across Publicis Groupe, this role will serve as the subject matter expert and key partner for identifying and nurturing top media talent.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Groupe-wide resources and collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps in the organization, and build sourcing and pipelining strategies to address those gaps and provide effective solutions

Implement strategic talent acquisition and sourcing vision through usage of systems and tools (CRM, ATS, external sourcing platforms, etc.) in partnership with recruiting and sourcing teams

Consistently approach sourcing using a multi-faceted approach: diversity & inclusion, skill set, and relevant experience

Implement tagging structures to easily identify, communicate with, and nurture prospective talent and candidates

Follow sourcing best practices and documented approaches as outlined by Talent Acquisition Operations; provide feedback and recommendations for improvement

Partner with hiring teams to effectively source candidates for active, open headcount

Develop a strong understanding of Publicis Groupe’s talent structures, departments, and capabilities to effectively match the right candidates to the right roles

Qualifications

Relevant and extensive experience as a Sourcer within a talent acquisition function, ideally as part of a large organization supporting varied teams and functions

Experience hiring for digital media, programmatic, media strategy, and other related capabilities

Process-oriented, always looking for ways to utilize technology to its fullest extent and focusing on efficiencies / areas of improvement

Experience using various recruiting and sourcing systems & tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual, etc.)

An empathetic disposition, always interacting with candidates and internal teams with the utmost professionalism and respect

The ability to meet business needs and achieve goals without sacrificing a best-in-class candidate experience

An advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, constantly striving to create opportunities for candidates with varied backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets at each step of the hiring process

A keen understanding of how sourcing and recruiting contributes to the overall talent acquisition lifecycle is a big plus

Compensation Range: $46,500-68,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
