Additionally, development & deployment of new tools to support Sector evaluation and decisions on launching with the right brand in the right place. S/he will work collaboratively with partners, sector leaders, and Foodbuy to deliver added value in these partnerships.Responsibilities:Support priority brands relationship management to maximize Compass results, including ongoing development of programs & initiatives.Establish & maintain key relationships and ongoing communication cadence with partners including tracking & reporting all progress.Interface with cross sector leadership as well as key support teams including Legal, QA, Foodbuy, E15, Compass Digital Labs, Sales & SAG with engagement in new business and retention process.Utilize analytics and market insights to identify new business opportunities and trends, providing valuable input for strategic decision-making.Engage in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company while maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.Working closely with the VP of Brand Partnerships, this role will play a strategic position in optimizing relationships and identifying net value of our key brand partnerships via:Brand Champion for key partnersActing as the brand "expert" in Compass, with deep understanding of the brand onboarding process to introduce and support Compass sector teams in new projects.Portfolio performance review and related project management driving positive impact.Facilitate relationship management between the Brand and Compass teams with program updates, system changes, contractual requirements, etc. to ensure a seamless experience for all involved.Strategic Project ManagementCategory performance analysis to identify best practices.Drive communications and tracking progress through key initiatives.Measure and ensure maximum participation and improved performance results.Communications supportLead activity to deliver impactful brand information to our field teams.Drive program awareness via Envision Group Communications via Social media posts, MyCompass features, case studies, etc.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required, in Business, Marketing or a related field5-10 years franchise, license, or other brand development and/or licensing experience including project management, contracting, financial and metrics reporting experience for a large corporationBackground understanding restaurant operations to enable field-friendly development and efficiencies to deliver a positive guest experienceBase understanding of the financial components of contract foodservice and origins of revenue, margins, costs and risksA strategic thinker: detail oriented, organized; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentInterpersonal skills which support the ability to influence without direct authority, holding standards of new programs high and ensuring field executionHighly collaborative style & innovative spirit; experience developing and implementing strategies in a team environment; sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all stakeholders and constituent groups, including staff, execs, SMEs:-Capable of working both independently as well as part of a cross functional team-Self-starter with outstanding organizational and planning skills-High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve at both the strategic and tactical levelsA strong track record as an implementer who thrives on managing a variety of key initiatives concurrently; must be agile, flexible and deadline oriented with the ability to work under pressureStrong presentation skills and the ability to adjust content across stakeholders from C-suite level to field and line workersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to balance business priorities with best practices and implementation methodologiesMust be willing to travel as neededProficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to external tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
