Lake Regional Healthcare is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver the best possible nursing care in LRH’s patient-focused setting.
SUMMARY:
RN will provide direct/indirect patient care in the maternal and newborn setting, utilizing the nursing process to identify patient needs, systematically plan and implement a plan of care, and continually evaluate the outcomes of that care. Provides and coordinates quality care for patients in the maternal and newborn settings, along with physician, ancillary departments, and co-workers.
Services provided in our newly constructed spa-like birth center, with special attention given to physical and emotional comfort of our clients during transition through labor, delivery, and post-partum.
EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree in nursing or above. One year OB experience required. /Med-Surg RN experience preferred.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:
Current Iowa RN license. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Adult/Child Abuse Mandatory Reporting or willingness to complete in accordance with education policy.
