Supply Chain ERP Systems AnalystPosition Highlights:Position: Supply Chain ERP Systems AnalystLocation: Arlington Heights, ILFull TimeHours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pmRequired Travel: N/AJob Summary:At Endeavor Health, we need an Analyst to partner and collaborate with our Supply Chain teams to learn, grow and make a positive difference in the lives of our patients. The Analyst plays a critical role in the ongoing development, testing and maintenance of Supply Chain processes and systems. They will ensure data integrity, develop and generate reports, and provide functional & technical support. Using their analytical and problem-solving skills, the Analyst collaborates with Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Operational teams to continuously improve business processes and enterprise platforms.What you will do:Configure Workday and related systems to meet specific business requirementsDevelop new functionalities and modules to support evolving processesTroubleshoot and resolve basic and intermediate issues and escalate more advanced or complex items as neededIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automationCollaborate with other teams to implement touchpoint enhancements and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracyMaintain data accuracy and integrityGenerate standard and ad hoc reports and audits to support Supply Chain and other operational needsAssist in designing and implementing integrations between the Supply Chain systems and other internal or third-party systemsEnsure seamless data flow and communication across systemsAssisting in monitoring and error resolution of integrationsParticipate in system upgrades and releases, ensuring new features and enhancements are thoroughly testedAssist in the adoption of new system functionalities and featuresDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures for business processesMaintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrationsMaintain user guides, references and documentationSupport end users of the SCM systemsEnsure compliance with data privacy and security policies and proceduresAssist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation and reportsMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive dataStay informed and participate in the latest best practices, user group and community opportunities and other external resourcesPropose and implement continuous improvements to Supply Chain systemsWhat you will need:Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related fieldCertification: N/AExperience:

1 year experience in Supply Chain systems support and development, preferably with Workday2 years of general experience and familiarity with Supply Chain processes and practicesPreference towards Healthcare industry experience.Experience working with a services and support tool, preferably ServiceNow
