As a Sr. Product Manager on our Product Management team, you will support our product management for the core HCM domain, working closely with internal partners, clients and subject matter experts on designing features and influencing our overall product.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

Collaborate with the team of Product Managers defining the product for the Next Gen HCM Global HR offering.

Identify requirements to localize the Global solution to the needs of every single country.

Create the features and stories for our developers to build the different capabilities, and collaborate with them throughout the development cycle

Work closely with our global clients and prospects to identify opportunities for innovation and translate desired business outcomes into technology solutions.

Partner with the Marketing, Sales and Services teams on establishing product priorities, product positioning and demo design.

Work in an Agile environment defining measurable goals and tracking their outcomes.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

You'll have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.

3+ years of experience in the same or similar Product Management role, and/or you have experience in supporting Global Products either in Presales, Implementation or Services

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is $61,800.00 - $165,330.00 / Year
