Full Job DescriptionPosition OverviewOur client is seeking a talented Junior to Senior Graphic Designers specializing in Packaging to join their creative team. This role will be 5 days a week onsite in Manhattan until January, where it will then transition into being a 5 day a week onsite role in Woodbridge NJ. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing innovative packaging solutions that align with client's brand identity, ensuring high-quality production files and mechanicals. This role offers opportunities for growth and creative expression while working on exciting projects in the packaging industry.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate innovative packaging designs that reflect the brand identity and product values.Develop and prepare production files and mechanicals for printing and production.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure design alignment with brand strategy.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform design decisions.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the design process.QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Experience in packaging design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.Knowledge of production files and mechanical specifications for printing.Strong understanding of brand identity and how it applies to packaging.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
