As a Sr. Finance Manager of Nitrogen Operations, you will be the primary Finance business partner for Nitrogen Manufacturing and will supervise and lead the Finance business partners for the Louisiana, MO, Cheyenne, WY, and St. Helens, OR sites.

What You'll Do
As the Sr. Finance Manager of Nitrogen Operations, you will be the primary Finance business partner for Nitrogen Manufacturing and will supervise and lead the Finance business partners for the Louisiana, MO, Cheyenne, WY, and St. Helens, OR sites. Other duties include:
Provide transparency and drive alignment across Nitrogen Manufacturing.
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across Nitrogen Manufacturing and the broader DNA business to provide financial insight and challenge related to Nitrogen Manufacturing operations, results and objectives.
Identifies, hire, and develop a strong operational finance team to provide meaningful reporting and analysis supporting management decisions.
Develop singular message for drivers impacting Nitrogen Manufacturing results with insight into overall DNA earnings impacts.
Provide comprehensive analysis of Nitrogen manufacturing, including identification of gaps, trends, risks and opportunities, and facilitate actionable discussion to achieve financial targets.
Coordinate and provide structure for the monthly, quarterly, and annual Nitrogen Manufacturing financial results reporting, budget development and forecast outlook updates.
Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and analysis tools with a focus on improved accuracy, integrity, and automation.
Work collaboratively with business partners in the development of Nitrogen Manufacturing operational and capital strategies.
Support broader evaluation of Nitrogen Manufacturing strategy impacts to the overall DNA strategy and earnings.
Define and develop a strong finance team responsible for providing analytical and localized finance business partner support to the Nitrogen Manufacturing business.
What We're Looking For: Bachelors degree or higher in Finance or Accounting required - CPA, CMA, MF or MBA desirable 10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in Finance / Accounting field 5 years in a manufacturing environment - supervisory experience preferred SAP or other financial software experience, Microsoft Suite with advanced proficiency in Excel and BW Analysis functionality Proven experience and capability to create an environment of accountability to drive delivery of Nitrogen Manufacturing performance objectives based on a strong foundation of governance and controls Create and audit complex formulas and relationships in spreadsheets and reporting tools. Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Experience with budget/forecasting modeling tools Strong experience with budgeting and forecasting with focus in plant operations and cost accounting Work effectively in a matrix organization Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
