In this role, you perform a wide variety of assembly operations, creating precision electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies. Wire bonding experience is highly sought after in this role, but not required.Assemble electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies and modules by working from samples, visual aids, prints, routers, and process sheets using the appropriate tools and machineryAssemble using solder, fasteners and adhesives in building up electronic assemblies, ensuring compliance to requirements and performing rework as requiredAssembly operations can include: wire termination, installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, capacitors, resistors or other electronic componentsWire and ribbon bonding uses assorted sizes of gold wire and ribbon
Qualifications
Minimum:HS Diploma or GEDAny experience with soldering, wire-bonding, or electrical/electronic assemblyThis position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).Preferred:Wire bonding skills1+ years' experience preferredAssembly in defense, aerospace, or military work environmentCurrent solder experience (J-STD certification)Able to interpret and understand instructions, including technical drawingsAble to work under a microscope using epoxies, wire and ribbon bond using semi-automated bonding equipment, hand tools, measurement toolsPreference for a team-oriented work environment, where all are focused on what matters most - our customer's needsContinuous improvement mindsetTime management and organization skillsEMPLOYMENT TRANSPARENCYBENEFITS
