Contract Administrator I

The
Contract Administrator I

We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee's knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesPrepare Non-disclosure and Teaming Agreements consistent with company policies, legal requirements, prime contract and required flow downs.Assist project team with the preparation of pre-and post -award transactions, including subcontracts, consultant agreements, materialsPrepare backup documentation required for both internal and external auditsAssist with the Administration of the entire life cycle of various prime contract and subcontract types, i.e. IDIQ, CPFF, FFP & T&M, from proposal to contract modifications and through contract close-out.Work regularly with FAR, Multiple Award schedules, proposal developments, statements of work, cost and pricing data, contractual flow-down, bids, prices, terms of payment, and availability of services to be provided.Ensure contractual compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts and compliance with designated management objectives.Work with internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues, and problems.Prepare and submit RFP packages for proposal team members.Handles confidential and non-routine information.Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in related field of studyMinimum of two years' experience in a Contract Administrator or similar role.Background working with a government contractor preferred.Direct and relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Working knowledge of IDIQ, CPFF, FFP and T&M types of contracts.Working knowledge of FAR, DFARs, ,Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.Strong planning and organization skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experienced in contract negotiations.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and the FAR/DFARTeleworking Permitted?YesTeleworking DetailsHybrid, 2-3 days per week onsiteEstimated Salary/WageUSD $26.44/Hr.OptionsApply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendReferSorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
