Senior System Administrator (Managed Services/Azure)

The Senior System Administrator (Managed Services/Azure) must have intermediate to advanced experience with Windows Server, M365, VMware, Hyper-V, Backup solutions, Cisco or Fortinet, and Azure.Senior System Administrator (Managed Services/Azure) Experience:Previous MSP experience requiredExperience in consulting, ability to work well in multiple client settings.Provide end-to-end client support with a broad-based IT background with a technical understanding of networks, protocols, security configurations, and identity and access management.Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365Ability to deploy on-premises and cloud-based technology solutions utilizing current security best practices.Ability to configure and deploy multi-factor authentication technologies such as Microsoft MFA and Cisco Duo.Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere.Able to install, configure, maintain, and monitor client server environments with an emphasis on Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Remote Desktop as well as Microsoft Exchange, both on-premise as well as with Microsoft 365.Create and maintain internal and client facing documentation.Ability to work within a ticketing system, prior ConnectWise Manage experience a plus.Exposure to networking with the ability to troubleshoot common networking issues.Ability to design, configure, maintain, and monitor WAN and VPN connections to remote divisions requiring a core knowledge of Thin Client, TCP/IP, IPSEC, SSL, RDP and VPN protocols.Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication.Senior System Administrator (Managed Services/Azure) Benefits:Health Insurance (base plan 100% covered and discounted rate for dependents)Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid technical learning timeCertification reimbursement
