Description
Assisting in the development and execution of workforce management strategies (WFM). Analyzes data to help standardize and optimize staffing levels, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring effective operations and cost effectiveness. Front end maintenance of our current time and attendance platform. Collaborates with cross functional teams to support workforce planning initiatives and contributes to the enhancement of overall operational efficiency.
This role will be a Hybrid work environment.
Job Responsibilities
UKG Front End System Maintenance – Basic user profile modification, data mining, reports generation, ad hoc request resolution, analytics customization, data research, general trouble shooting, etc.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to workforce productivity and identify areas of improvement
Generate regular reports of workforce metrics, providing insights to support decision making by management
Assist in forecasting future staffing needs based on historical data and industry trends.
Conduct data analysis to asses workforce needs and trends, aiding in the development of effective staffing plans.
Support the evaluation of workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency and resource allocation
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, including experience with statistical tools and spreadsheet software
Detail Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to details, ensuring accuracy in workforce planning and data analysis.
Team Collaboration: Capacity to work effectively in cross functional teams and communicate with HR, department managers and other relevant stakeholders.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with workforce management software and proficiency in Microsoft excel or similar tools.
Problem Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues, root causes, and proposing effective solutionsto optimize workforce planning.
Bilingual language skills in Spanish / English are a plus
