Responsibilities: • Conduct open houses, schedule showings, and give tours of properties to potential buyers • Prepare representation contracts and purchase agreements to facilitate successful real estate transactions • Serve as the liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless communication and smooth transactions • Provide valuable insights on the local housing market to prospective home buyers • Guide clients through the home-buying process, offering advice on budgeting and mortgage options tailored to their needs • Engage in consistent networking and marketing efforts to attract new customers • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • "Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Great communication and social skills • Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Show good time management skills and organizational • Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious • Team player committed to supporting and contributing to the success of colleagues • Skilled at navigating challenges with a calm and composed demeanor Compensation: $101,000+ at plan yearly
