Assistant Manager - Entry Level

This includes all planning, coordinating, and execution of the marketing campaigns. This position is critical in planning and facilitating regional marketing campaigns.Duties and Responsibilities:Planning and execution of field marketing campaignsWork in person and directly with our customers and clients at their homes or events we set upManage promotions and strategy in conjunction with management.Coordinate promotions staffOversee the distribution of promotional materialsResponsible for territory mapping for local promotionsTeam Skills & Communication:Take a responsible role as a team leaderMaintain regular & efficient communication.Document minutes/actions from meetings attended.Develop & train new team members and advise management on marketing strategiesRequirements:Ability to lead as well as follow and execute instructions effectivelyMust be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyMust be solution-drivenMust be able to have FUNMust be comfortable working on commission-based pay and high-potential bonuses*Please note- This is an entry-level position and we provide all training in-house.Persons with Experience in the following areas should apply: Assistant Manager, Assistant Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Customer Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, District Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales Account Manager, Area Manager, Assistant Sales Manager#LI-Onsite
