This is a permanent staff position with genuine career progression opportunities.About The RoleThe Construction Project Manager's general functions are to meet time and cost objectives asplanned in coordination with the Senior Project Manager and is responsible for the dailymanagement, supervision, communication, coordination, and successful completion ofprojects.You will be working for a well-established, leading Contractor who will offer you full support and lots of opportunity for growth & progression. This is a long-term position.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of previous Construction Project Management experience required4 year degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent work experience requiredExperience of Project Managing large Multi-Family construction projectsKnowledge and certifications on safety standards and OSHA, with a minimum of 10-hour certification requiredProject Management, control & scheduling experienceKnowledge of blueprint reading and the ability to follow and implement details as shown on plansExperience with managing teams & subcontractors requiredThis is an excellent opportunity to join a client who are going through an exciting growth period, offering an excellent culture and long-term progression.
