Description: The Land Forces Rotary Wing Strategy and Business Development / Sensors and Global Sustainment in Orlando is looking for a Business Development Analyst, Staff with a diverse multi-disciplinary background. This candidate will have a focus on domestic ground vehicle sensor technologies and Advanced Program (AP) pursuits. This position will extend current opportunities, expand growth into new opportunities, and establish business partnerships aligned with the SGS and SGS AP Lines of Business.

The Business Development Analyst, Staff monitors and provides BD input to relevant LM Missiles & Fire Control (LMMFC) Lines of Business bid decisions. This candidate will be responsible for the development and proper execution of the annual NBAE allocation to this particular market segment. Candidate will report items of interest relevant to Lines of Business, new and existing business activities. The candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

What You Will Be Doing

Planning and execution of customer engagement plans.Ability to use contacts and interpersonal skills to strengthen customer intimacy and LM credibility both with the customer and across the Corporation.Maintain a high level of customer/user interface to create and preserve a high level of support for LM systems.Assist with the development of the NBAE investment plan.Research, monitor, and analyze customer requirements, market forecasts, and customer budgets.For a level 4, we typically look for a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree, or equivalent experience/combined education Why Join us Do you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
