What You’ll Do
We are seeking a results-oriented and adaptable High Volume University Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the recruitment efforts for high-volume roles and university candidates, implementing innovative strategies to attract and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruiting process for high-volume roles and university candidates, ensuring efficiency and quality in every stage.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the university recruiting process, including sourcing strategies, campus events, and candidate engagement tactics.
Adapt quickly to changes in recruitment priorities and market conditions, adjusting strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.
Screen candidate resumes, assessing their qualifications for various positions within the organization.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers, driving alignment on candidate selection.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
Collaborate closely with the University Relations Campus Manager to execute campus strategies and foster relationships with target universities.
Serve as a campus owner for several key universities, building strong relationships with university staff, faculty, and student group leaders.
Drive the attraction, development, and overall success of our university recruiting efforts, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent work experience.
4 + years’ experience in high-volume full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices, with a focus on high-volume recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Experience maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders.

U.S. Salary Range:
$96,000.00 - $132,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
