Corporate Paralegal - Hybrid Role and On-Site RoleBeacon Hill Legal is partnering with a number of in-house legal departments in Midtown, New York City to find Corporate Paralegals who have experience with corporate, corporate governance and handling contracts from drafting to negotiation.Responsibilities:
Preparing and management of corporate legal documentsAssisting with the drafting, review and negotiation of various contracts and agreementsOrganizing, maintaining and tracking legal documentsForming legal entities and handling dissolutionManagement of all tasks related to corporate governanceAssisting with compliance and regulatory matters when required
Qualifications:
5+ years experience as a Corporate ParalegalHigh level of comfort drafting various agreementsAbility to work either hybrid or fully in office
