We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable.**Position Summary**The Aetna IT Delivery organization, within CVS Healths Data, Digital, Analytics, Technology (DDAT) organization, is seeking a Conversational AI Delivery Lead to drive the overall user experience for a Conversational AI platform that is helping our members to get answers to their health insurance questions through the channel of their choice. In this role you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the overall user experience. This role is responsible for the big picture thinking, strategic direction, presenting to key stakeholders and holding engineering teams accountable for overarching delivery goals.You will make an impact by:+ Providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, business stakeholders, and engineers to drive key initiatives, projects, as well as bringing innovative ideas and concepts to life, facilitating a culture of experimentation.+ Designing and architecting robust conversational AI solutions that deliver a seamless user experience across channels.+ Evaluating and selecting the most suitable technologies and tools to optimizechat solutions with an emphasis on leveraging advanced techniques such as AI, Machine Learning and Cloud Native platforms.+ Researches and proposes technical strategies. Studies and documents architectural frameworks and reference material. Designs and modifies components of new and existing IT systems and vendor offerings to promote integrated corporate business systems.+ Driving continuous improvement in engineering practices, through automation, performance optimization, and code quality enhancements.+ Embodying a deep technical expertise and thought leadership that will help evangelize, fosterand accelerate adoption of conversational solutions.+ Explores, anticipates, and proactively responds to future customer, industry, and IT trends.+ The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.**Required Qualifications**+ The ideal candidate will have the following experience / knowledge / ability:+ Ability to work Hybrid Model (in office Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday)+ 12+ years of experience in software development, enterprise architecture, or a similar role.+ 5+ years if experience with AI development tools+ 5+ Years of experience in Python or Java+ 5+ years in AI framework libraries and AI tooling platforms+ 5+ AWS, Azure or GCP+ 5+ years of experience with developing and implementing target architectures.+ Proven track record of designing and implementing conversational AI solutions, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.+ Strong knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS architectures, and modern technologies such as machine learning and AI.+ Prior experience with large healthcare, media, and entertainment or technology company.+ Knowledge of API interfaces required to support conversational dialog?+ Experience with scaled agile (SAFe) methodology? **Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience building multi-channel conversational bots with Watson Assistant (voice and text as primary channels including Watson Assistant with Phone Integration)+ Knowledge of IBM SaaS services supporting Watson Assistant (speech-to-text, text-to-speech)+ Experience with Miro, LucidChart, Visio dialogue flow development**Education**Bachelors degree Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
