The mission of the program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES). The DCIN-TS ES is a DoD provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff.
Candidates are expected to have a strong work ethic and possess the ability to work as a critical member of a team in pursuit of mission objectives and in support of our customers. We value candidates who are detail-oriented while also being able to think and react quickly to emerging and unique problem sets. To be successful in this role, you'll be able to rapidly adapt and learn how to operate the front and back end of new products and processes.
Responsibilities:
Work independently across multiple functional IT teams to catalog and maintain overall enterprise architecture documentation and technical requirement traceability. Engage with IT SMEs to maintain consistent "service view" updates as new technologies are added to enterprise environment and assist functional teams to document service capabilities and how systems are integrated.
Develop DoDAF operational and service views of enterprise IT components and traceability of functional requirements to convey alignment of IT services with program mission and goals.
Develop presentation material to convey IT enhancements/concept of operation/operational processes in context of ITIL framework for ITSM delivery.
Maintain architecture documentation leveraging industry best practices/tools to satisfy DoD/DISA policies and requirements.
Work with program technical leadership to develop decision tree and technology roadmap visualizations for IT investments.
Provide supplemental technical artifacts for presentations and decision support.

Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI
5-10 years of relevant experience
At least 5 year's experience specifically developing system architecture diagrams that visualize how applications connect with infrastructure elements.
Experience integrating vendor component solution views/schematics into enterprise diagrams of system landscape to clearly convey the 'big picture' of a technical solution.
Experience and understanding of network infrastructure/topology, data-voice-video services, hyper-converged infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, backup and storage technology, and maintaining traceability of associated functional requirements.
Demonstrated knowledge of general support system software components; MS Enterprise, MS Office/SharePoint, RHEL, databases, and data storage.
Experience working with graphic visualization tools such as Visio, netTerrain, and Lucidcharts, and interoperability with IT service management dashboards such as SolarWinds, vCenter, Nutanix Prism and ServiceNow for dynamic updates.
Must have practical knowledge of DoDAF, FEAF, or UAF
Must possess ITIL Foundations certification
Demonstrated and excellent working knowledge in data communications, ethernet, TCP/IP, fiber optics, video teleconferencing, and cryptographic equipment
Able to leverage critical thinking skills for rapidly shifting environment while maintaining attention to detail in a multi-project work environment with frequent interruptions
Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to work and communicate effectively with senior management and engineering teams
Must be capable of working under tight timelines with minimal oversight, individually or as part of a team, while managing various priorities and deliverables
Must be able to exercise mature judgment and make independent decisions in accordance with established policies, rules, and procedures
Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek onsite, normally Monday through Friday
Must be available to work overtime during critical peaks as well as to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation arise
Must be willing to travel as needed
