Job Description:
As the Corporate Technology Solution Architect for Digital Core Transformation, you will shape and implement technology solutions that drive business transformation and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that meet the strategic needs of the organization.
What are we looking for?7 years + of solution architect experience focusing on cross platform Data and Analytics solutionsA deep understanding of developing a Data and Analytics platform in an Azure environment system.Experience in system integration lifecycle including system design and deployment, systems integration, data migration, and data model design.A track record of having led multiple large and complex digital analytics platformsAbility to remain flexible and resilient under pressure and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity in a fast-moving portfolio of activity.Proficiency with enabling analytics solutions on cloud using native products and services (preferably Azure). Deep understanding of data lake architecture(s) across ingestion, transformation and visualization layers.Programming/scripting experience is a plus.Familiarity with automation and low code no code platforms awareness, such as - SNOW, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Power Apps etc.Familiarity with sustainability management platforms/tools ( Environmental impact assessment, carbon accounting, regulatory compliance etc.)Awareness of sustainability regulatory complianceWhat will be your key responsibilities?
Architecture Design:
Develop and maintain solution architectures that align with business objectives and technology strategies. Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and development teams to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and provide technical expertise.Technology Evaluation:
Assess and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and platforms that can enhance our product offerings and improve internal processes.Implementation Oversight:
Lead the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.Integration Management:
Design and oversee integration of systems, applications, and data across the enterprise to ensure seamless functionality and information flow.Quality Assurance:
Establish standards and guidelines for solution development, conducting reviews to ensure compliance with architectural principles and practices.Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance system performance and functionality.Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including solution designs, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.Performance Monitoring:
Establish metrics and monitoring processes to evaluate solution performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization.What can you expect from Mars?
